Quarter Horse Training Facility and Sales Center
- The Quarter Horse Division which kept 40 to 60 show horses, show horse prospects, and brood mares in inventory for sale. It had 8 full-time employees who trained and showed horses.
- The Horse Supply Division was a catalog sales company that offered over 6,000 items including a full line of saddles, leather accessories and other farm supplies. It had 3 full-time employees and advertised nationally to procure customers in every state.
- The Pecan Orchard Division had 4 full-time and 8 part-time employees who operated a 457-acre pecan orchard located on a 3,200 acre hay farm. Their duties included chemical insect and disease control, grafting, pruning, harvesting, and general orchard management, in addition to pasture improvement and a square-bale hay operation.
